An Overview of H.H Sports Therapy
H.H Sports Therapy Clinic was founded in 2010 by Hannah Hopkins, a certified and accomplished sports therapist. Hannah earned her BSc (hons) in sports science from the University of Wales, Institute Cardiff (UWIC), specializing in sports massage (UWIC) and sports therapy with Active Health in Manchester. She has furthered her qualifications in TCM acupuncture through OMT Training London and Breeze Academy, where she is registered as a practitioner.
Hannah’s own background is rooted in sports, with a notable record of national and international achievements in equestrian events. She secured podium finishes at the World Individual Championships in 2002 and 2003, along with a World Pairs victory in 2002 and 2004. Additionally, she became a British champion, achieving this title with her team in 2003 and 2004. Her international endeavors extended to hockey and cross-country running as well.
H.H Sports Therapy has since expanded, boasting a team of seasoned therapists who have extensive experience working with professional teams, athletes, and private practice clients, addressing a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, discomfort, and injuries. Our therapists possess a diverse array of techniques and qualifications to effectively support and manage your physical discomfort and recovery. Rest assured, all our therapists are fully insured and affiliated with professional governing bodies, ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards of practice.
